Ordering and Availability
A contract between you and us in respect of the tickets ordered (‘Contract’) will only be entered into once
we have sent you an order confirmation via Live Chat on the website.
Risk and Title
Tickets ordered will be at your risk from the time of collection. Ownership of the Tickets ordered will
also pass to you on collection, provided full payment of all sums due in respect of the Tickets has been
received.
Price and Payment
The price of Tickets is as quoted on the Site. All prices include any applicable booking or processing fees
and VAT. Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders for which we have
already sent you an Order Confirmation.
By completing and submitting the electronic order form (or proceeding through the 'checkout process') you
are making a purchase of goods. If accurate personal contact details are not provided at the time of
booking, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the transaction.

shall Encore Tickets Limited, the venue or the producer/promoter be liable for any wasted expenditure beyond
the ticket price, booking fee, and order fee.
Confirmation & Authorisation
Payment must be made by credit/debit card or other acceptable payment method listed at checkout. Online
transactions are subject to validation by your card issuer; we are not responsible if your issuer declines
authorization.
This site acts as an agent only and has no control over the event or venue. Tickets are sold subject to the
organiser’s Rules and Regulations, which we can provide upon request.
Refund Policy
Cancellation and Refunds
Tickets or packages are refundable via Live Chat on the theatre's website; there is no other refund method.
Please check with the operator for refund fees.
In the event a live event is cancelled or postponed, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund
or exchange procedures. We guarantee that if an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, we will facilitate a
return of the full purchase price of your tickets in the form of a Voucher or Premium Voucher at our sole
discretion.
- Voucher: credit worth the same amount as the original transaction.
- Premium Voucher: credit worth more than the original transaction.
If we do not receive a written request for a refund (excluding booking or order fees) within ten (10) days
from issuance of the Voucher or Premium Voucher, the offer will be deemed accepted. Should a Voucher or
Premium Voucher be used towards a future event that is also cancelled, a replacement Voucher or Premium
Voucher for the purchase price (excluding fees) will be issued.

Promotional Discount on Additional Booking
Eligible customers who have made an initial purchase on our website may receive an offer to book an
additional show at a 10% promotional discount. This offer is presented immediately after the first purchase

Additional Booking Cancellation Policy
Customers who take advantage of the promotional offer may cancel the additional booking within 24 hours of
purchase and receive a full refund via Live Chat. This cancellation policy applies only to the additional
purchase under this promotion and does not affect the original purchase.
Referral Codes, Credits, and Vouchers
We reserve the right to cancel any referral program at any time. We may issue customer service credits
and/or vouchers in our sole discretion, and we reserve the right to revoke them with or without notice.
